PrepTests (PTs) and Sections
After you work through the CC, you should start taking timed PTs. Usually, 1 timed PT every week or every other week is a good frequency. In between each PT, you should take a combination of sections and drills.
Feel free to take a few sections as you work through the CC, too, to practice applying what you’re learning, and to expose yourself to a mix of different question types and concepts.
Analytics and Drills
Every time you take a timed PT, we analyze your results and rank your priorities. Right now, these priorities won’t make too much sense to you, because you don’t know about the different question types or reasoning features yet. But rest assured that these priorities identify what you should work on.
After every timed PT, it’s a good idea to work through drills targeted at highest priorities. This gives you a chance to review the relevant strategies and practice applying them in a focused way. Usually it’s best to start with untimed drills. Once you feel confident with the strategies you’re practicing, then you can introduce timing into drills.
